Welcome to my site! Here I bring together my professional training, experience and passion in both psychology and the art of writing.
As a clinical psychologist, I use empirically validated approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients live rich and meaningful lives. In my private practice, I work in a partnership with clients to address a wide variety of problems, from work-related stress to chronic and enduring mental health issues. I also help clients identify what’s truly important to them, and how to live in better accordance with these values to create a more rich and meaningful life.
